Wall Street Journal, “Home Prices Climb as Supply Dwindles” Is it So?

  3. year versus last year. This is really very comparable results. But, is it cause for such a large bold headline? Unfortunately, I don’t think so.
  4. Actually, we can already look at the data for July and it shows that prices in July ’12 were up a scanty 1.55% over July ’11.
